My Research
My research focuses on Domain Specifc Machine Learning. I’m a memeber of IEA lab advised by Dr. Li-C. Wang.
By answering the fundamental question of how DSML is different from Machine Learning (ML) in general, my research aims to bring the latest ML and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into domain-specific applications.
My thesis demonstrates a complete end-to-end solution, called Intelligent Engineering Assistant (IEA) , for facilitating in wafer failure pattern analytics—an important application in the domain of semiconductor chip manufacturing and testing.
The specific topics I study include domain adaptation, large language models, knowledge graph, information retrieval and smart analytics.
